Unemotionally Emotional

When things are good, they're very good.
When things are bad, they're very bad.
He acts, then thinks;
Each time her heart sinks.
He comes, he goes;
The highs, the lows.
He's up, he's down;
She smiles, she frowns.
Stirred, not shaken;
Always truthful, not mistaken.
Shattered, but not broken;
Many thoughts unspoken.
Silence still heard;
In that unspoken word.
Dawn of a new day;
Won't do things the same way.

A love that seemed so strong.....
Or is it all but an illusion?
Won't jump to a conclusion.
